We're open to serve our customers. We understand the importance of having fresh water, flushing toilets, and hot water!

The health and safety of our customers and team is our top priority. We're following the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) safety guidelines and taking extra steps to protect the health of our customers and employees. We are providing our plumbers and other field employees with additional health and safety guidance to assist in keeping our customers and employees safe to include use of protective gloves, shoe booties, and social distancing.

Our employees have been instructed to stay home if they are not feeling well.  ​As a precautionary measure, anyone working on behalf of Halcomb Plumbing, including our plumbers, will be asked to stay home for the recommended 10 day quarantine period if they have been exposed to a presumptive or confirmed case of COVID-19. We do not have any employees who have been out of the country in 2021.

Please inform our dispatcher and / or technicians if anyone in your home or business has become sick before they enter, for the safety of our staff and all customers we service.  We understand that plumbing work will still be needed in our community, and we will be here to help. We recognize that this may be a particularly stressful time and want you to know that we are committed to serving you and making your experience as easy as possible. We will continue to monitor the situation and will adjust our business practices as required.
